Anne Semonin Marine Toner is a rich and soothing toner with a powerful regulating action.This mattifying toner has a Marine Sea Water and Essential Oil base with a cocktail of plant extracts that helps regulate and revitalise dull, sallow complexions. Combining extracts of St Johns Wort, Red Grape and Ivy these ingredients work together to soften, calm and cleanse skin whilst essential oils of Rosemary, Cypress and Marjoram give this Marine Toner anti-oxidant and antiseptic properties which effectively tone the skin. Combined with Sea Salts, Arnica and Witch Hazel these key ingredients blended by Anne Semonin create a toner which stimulates cellular metabolism.Suitable for all skin types Anne Semonin Marine Toner helps prevent the harmful effects of pollution on skin, regulates pimples, soothes sunburn and is also an effective post shave lotion for men.
